How to upgrade your account

When creating didimos, your account Access Tier will determine the Didimo platform features that you have access to. Your Trial account allows you only a limited amount of these (notably rigging for rich facial expression, and visemes for visual speech), and so to unlock more, you need to purchase an Access Package. This can be done via the Customer Portal and will provide you with a fixed period of access and increases platform services (dependant on the Tier you choose).

To upgrade your current tier level, all you have to do is purchase a new package from the Customer Portal. Your tier will be automatically updated to use the highest ranking package available in your account (the points will be consumed from the highest ranking package in your account).
